1986 , by and between WILLIAM A. HALL, III, 301 Hiden
Boulevard, Newport News , Virginia 23606 , party of the first
part , and WILLIAM A. HALL, III, 301 Hiden Boulevard, Newport
News , Virginia 23606 , party of the second part;
WHEREAS, the said WILLIAM A. HALL, III purchased certain
property from THEODORE N. DANFORTH, which said property is
briefly described as Block 44 , Lots 4 and 5 , on that certai '
plat known as "Property Plan, Fishers Island Estates , Inc ,
Vicinity of Property of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore N. Danfor ,
Fishers Island, New York", .made by Chandler and ,Palmer,
Engineers , and dated June, 1965; and
WHEREAS , the said WILLIAM A. HALL, III purchased an
additional parcel of land from Fishers Island Development
Corporation, which said land is known as Block 44 , Lot 3, on
the aforesaid plat; and
WHEREAS , there was a deed dated October 31 , 1984 ,

combining the aforesaid parcels of land into one parcel of
land; and
WHEREAS , a subsequent survey indicates that certain
and distances should be corrected; and
WHEREAS , that previously recorded sight easements should

BLK. p WILLIAM A. HALL, III, does grant and convey, with GENERAL
LOT. M8.3 WARRANTY and ENGLISH COVENANTS OF TITLE, unto the said party
of the second part, WILLIAM A. HALL, III, being one and the

BEGINNING at a drill hole in a rock situated on the
northerly side of a road 40 feet wide, said drill
hole being 3342 .54 feet west of a point which is
1046 . 66 feet south of a monument marking the U. S.

"Nin" (which said "Nin" monument is located near the

398.58 feet to a monument being located on the
southwesterly line of a road, said monument being
located 371 .67 feet South of a point which is
3407 .41 feet West of a monument marking the U.S.
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"Nin" and; thence running southeasterly along, said
road line following the arc of a curve to the left
having a radius of 150.56 feet and the direction of
whose radius at that point is North 63 degrees 01
minutes 10 seconds East for a distance of 134 .23
feet to a monument; thence South 78 degrees 03
minutes 50 seconds East 39 .84 feet along said road
line to a point of curve to the right having a
radius of 15 feet and the direction of whose radius
at that point is South 11 degrees 56 minutes 10
seconds West; thence running southeastwardly
following the arc ofsaid curve 21 .84 feet along
said road line to the southwesterly line of another
road at a point of curve to the left having a radius
of 606. 40 feet and the direction of whose radius at

thence running Southeastwardly along said road line

said road (and following the arc of said curve)

westerly side of said road where the northerly side
of the road upon which is situate the drill hole in
a rock; thence along the northerly side of said road
North 76 degrees 13 minutes and 30 seconds West
55 . 47 feet to a stake marking a point of a curve to
the left whose radius is 247 .98 feet and the
direction bf whose radius at that point is South 13
degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds West and thence
westwardly along the northerly side of said road
(and following the arc of said curve) 144 .67 feet to
the place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of, in
and to any land which may lie between the meander
lines as set forth in the above description and the
actual high water mark.
