WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

purpose of maintaining and repairing said sewage system within the area bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of Equestrian Avenue, which is North
01 degree 10 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 146 feet from a stone monument;
which stone monument being 2870. 68 feet North of a point which is 2245.92 feet
West of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "PROS"; thence North 01 degree 10 minutes 10 seconds West
20. 0 feet, abutting Westerly on Equestrian Avenue; thence North 88 degrees 49
minutes 50 seconds East 35 feet; thence South 01 degree 10 minutes 10 seconds

the point of BEGINNING,

quired by party of second part from Richard S. Baker and James H. Baker by deed
3 dated 4th day of October, 1979, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
TAX MAP 8721 of deeds at page 488 on October 31, 1979., from which this easement was
DESIGNATION inadvertently omitted, this being a correction deed to corect such oversight.

1000 roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtcl:ances
