S. Coast E Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS" and thence running South 17 degrees 42 minutes West 101.9 feet; thence South 83 degrees 11 minutes East 58.0 feet to a spike; thence North 34 degrees 34 minutes East 75.0 feet to the shore of said Harbor; thence Northwesterly along said shore line about 80 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.14 acres, more or less. TOGETHER with a right of way over the existing roadway leading Northerly and Northwesterly from the Gloaming to the above described tract. SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Fishers Island Farms, Inc. to Edmund Hedge and Bertha Hedge, his wife by deed dated January 18, 1955* The aforesaid Edmund Hedge died at Norwich, Connecticut on September 27, 1975, and the aforesaid Bertha Hedge died intestate at New London, Connecticut on November 27, 1983, leaving her survivingas heisole heir and distributee, her son Edmund C.
