corner of Parcel I intersects the said southwesterly side of
Central Avenue and from said point of beginning; running thence
along the southwesterly side of Central Avenue the following
two (2 ) courses and distances: (1) N 340 46 ' 40" E 58.67 feet;
(2) N 16" 10 ' 40" E 25. 00 feet to land now or formerly of Janet
A. Tucker; thence along land now or formerly of Janet A. Tucker
S 430 31 ' 00" E 175 feet to the northwesterly side of West
Harbor; thence along the northwesterly side of West Harbor, S
48° 16' 54" W 79. 07 feet to Parcel I; running thence along the
easterly line of Parcel I, N 43° 31' 00 ' W 148. 00 feet to the
southwesterly side of Central Avenue, the point or place of
beginning.
SUBJECT TO covenants, easements and agreements of
record affecting the said premises and still in force and
