WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first par , in consid-
eration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second part,
do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the
second part, the successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever,
ALL of the parties of the first part' s right, title and
interest in and to that certain right of way granted to the
parties of the first part by deed from the party of the
second part recorded on April 18, 1984 in Book 9547 at Page
92 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office, said right of way

Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of an
existing private road, said point being located 595. 13
feet South of a point which is 5425. 30 feet West of said
"CHOCOMOUNT 2" monument, said point also being at a
point of curve to the right having a radius of 12 . 52
feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is
South 61° 12 ' 50" West and thence running Southerly
following the arc of said curve 18 . 68 feet to an iron
pipe; thence South 56° 34 ' 40" West 190. 14 feet to a
point of curve to the left having a radius of 774 . 29
feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is
South 33° 25 ' 20" East; thence running Southwestwardly

parties of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines
i thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate
and rights of the parties of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the successors and assigns

AND the parties of the first part, in compliance with Section
13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance
and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
