said land of the United States to the southerly line of East End
Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is
the northeasterly corner of land of the United States;
THENCE crossing the East End Road and following the same course
as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
said lots or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL I:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the southerly side of a
road 40 feet wide, said monument being eleven hundred and fifty-seven
and forty-seven hundredths feet east of a point which is three
hundred and twenty-four and ninety-one hundredths feet north of
another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "East End 2" (which said "East End 2" monument
is located on the summit of the highest hill east of East Harbor
on Fishers Island, N.Y. and lies south fifty-four minutes west of
Latimer Reef Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
I RUNNING thence south fifty-eight degrees twenty-six minutes and

Triangulation Station "East End 2" (which said "East End 2" monument

monument; and
THENCE north twenty-five degrees and four minutes west sixty-
two and sixty-hundredths feet to t.he place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress to and egress from the
premises above described over and along such private reads as now or
may hereafter exist connecting the said premises with the public
highway as set forth in the deed dated Sept~lrber 14, 1931 from
Fishers Island Corporation to Charles S. King, recorded in the,
office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 16]0 of conveyances
at Page 262.
