nineteen hundred and eighty-six between FISHERS ISLAND ,
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation organized under the
laws of the State of New York, with its principal place of
business c/o Morgan Stanley & Co. , 1251 Avenue of the
Americas, in the City, County and State of New York, herein-
after called the grantor, party of the first part, and Karl
E. Fransson*of 11 Dodge Drive, West Hartford, Connecticut
06107, hereinafter called the grantee, party of the second

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consid-
eration of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars
($6,750.00) lawful money of the United States paid by the
party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part and unto his heirs and assigns
forever,
