leading to the nearest public road.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE Tract No.2 in deed from John W. Hanes to
Allerton Cushman and Rita M. Cushman dated the '13~h day of January,
1977 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 8176
of deeds at page 398 and, thereafter, conveyed by Allerton Cushman
V and Rita M. Cushman as parcel two in deed ~ated December 12,1979
