shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly

point is the northeasterly corner of land of the United States, thence crossing
the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West

BEGINNING at a stone iaonument set on the northwesterly side of a road forty feet
wide, said monument being eleven hundred and five and twelve - hundredths feet

\ N. Y. and lies South fifty - four minutes west of Latimer Reef Light in Fishers
Islaud Sound Y and running thence North twelve degrees fifty - two minutes and
forty seconds West seventy - eight and eighty - seven hundredths feet to a
stake; thence North thirty - two degrees thirty - nine minutes and twenty

a stake; thence North twenty degrees twenty - five minutes and thirty seconds
