THI• INDENTURE, da, made the y of lata y,
nineteen hundred and eighty-three between FISHERS ISLAND
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation organized under the
laws of the State of New York, with its principal place of
business c/o Morgan Stanley & Co., 1251 Avenue of The
Americas, in the City, County and State of New York,
hereinafter called the grantor, party of the first part, and
BARD E. BUNAES of Cedar Lawn Road, Irvington, New York 10533
hereinafter called the grantee, party of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), lawful money of the
United States paid by the party of the second part, does
hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, State of New York, being a part of that portion of
Fishers Island belonging to grantor (which portion is
hereinafter called the "Park") lying east of Peninsula Road,
said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as
follows:
Subject to the right of others to use the driveway
which crosses the above described tract at its
Southwesterly corner.
together with the appurtenances, and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises;
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey
may show; and
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, easements,
rights, grants, and declarations of record, if any, and
easements for use of public utilities; and
SUBJECT to all applicable laws and regulations of
federal, state and local governmental authorities;
