GARY, his wife, both now residing at 840 Park AVENUE, New York, New York 10021, as joint tenants with right of survivorship party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, l9i14g A)UIdtgtkKMMxxx lying and being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin located on the Easterly line of a private road 45 feet wide, said iron pin being 54.24 feet South of a point which is 278.55 feet East of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "CHOCJMOUNT 211; and THENCE RUNNING North 12 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds West, 20.28 feet to a point; THENCE North 87 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds East, 140.00 feet to a point; THENCE South 02 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds East, 20.00 feet to an.iron pipe; TIIENCE South 87 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West, 136.62 feet to the iron pin located on the Easterly line of said road at the point of BEGINNING. 1 BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed, dated December 7, 1966 and recorded on December 9, 1966 , in Liber 6083 page 280. By accepting this deed the party of the second part acknowledges that the above- described premises do not constitute a separate building lot and that, upon the recording of this deed with the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk, said premises will merge with and become part of other premises of the party of the second part adjoining on the east acquired by the party of the second part by deed, dated 6 December 15, 1986 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on March 3, 1987 in Liber 10261 page 413, said other premises also being known as Q�wPR°PFAr93 Block 16, Lot 6, Map of Fishers Island Development Corporation (Map No. A421 filed September 25, 1991) , and being designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as SUFrOLK COUNTY District 1000, Section 4, Block 5, Lot 13.
