BEING the same property conveyed to the County of Suffolk by deed from •-I
Chester F. Jacobs, County Treasurer dated October 8, 1962 and said deed
being recorded in the Office of the County Clerk, County of Suffolk in
Liber 5248 at Page 113.
THE aforesaid premises being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the southerly side of a road forty
feet wide, said monument being four hundred and seventy and sixty-eight
hundredths feet south of a point which is fifty-seven hundred and fifty-
five feet west of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic

and ninety and fourteen-hundredths feet to a stake marking a point of
curve to the left whose radius is seven hundred and seventy-four and
twenty-nine hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is south thirty-three degrees twenty-five minutes ad twenty
seconds east; thence, southwesterly, along the northwesterly side of
said road (and following the arc of said curve) , one hundred aid eighteen !

All that lot or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of NewYork, being
a part of that portion of Fishers Island (which portion is hereinafter
called the "Park") lying to the east of Peninsula Road, said lot or parc$1
of land being bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on-the Southwesterly line of a road, said point
being located 595.13 feet South of a point which is 5.425.30 feet
West of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Sur-
vey Triangulation Station "CHOCOMOUNT 2" and running thence South-
westwardly following the arc of a curve to the right having a radius
of 12.52 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is Soutl}
61'12150" West a distance of 18.68 feet to a point; thence. South 1
56'34140"West 190.14 feet to a point of curve to the left having a
radius of 774.29 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is South 33'25120" east; thence Southwestwardly followir;7 the
arc of said curve for a distance of 118.12 feet to an iron pipe to a
right of way and a point of curve to the right having a radius of
75.00 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South

a distance of 117.81 feet to a point of curve to the left having a
radius of 25.00 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point
is North 47 degrees 50114" East; thence Eastwardly following the arc
of said curve for a distance of 39.27 feet; thence North 47 degrees
50' 14" East 190.80 feet to a point of curve to the left having a
radius of 15.00 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point
is North 42 degrees 09146" West; thence Northeastwardly following
the arc of said curve for a distance of 20.06 feet to the afore-
mentioned Southwesterly line of a road; thence North 28 degrees
47 ' 10" West 61.74 feet along said road line to the point of beginning.
Containing 0 .45 acres, more or less.
Together with the appurtenances, and all the estate and rights of
