BETWEEN Alice J. Ferguson, of 791 Farmstead Lane, Farmington,
Connecticut, party of the first part, and
Charles B. Ferguson, of -W Farmstead Lane, Farmington,
Connecticut, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in
consideration of One Dollar ($1. 00) lawful money of the United
States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby
remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second-part,
her heirs and assigns forever, an undivided one-half (1/1) -

being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as

Southeasterly along the shore of Fishers Island Sound 215 feet,

1. 201 . 86 feet to the point of beginning, these last two lines

Fishers Island Farms, Inc. , containing 1 .92 acres, more or less .
"> BEING the same premises conveyed to Charles B. Ferguson and
Alice J. Ferguson by deed from Fishers Island Farms, Inc. dated
November 30 , 1949 and recorded in the Suffolk County Land Records
in Liber 3026, Page 161.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
