ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
improvements thereon erected, known as the reservoir site,
located at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, being bounded and described as
follows:
(A BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of the
herein described tract, said iron pipe being located 3747 .55
feet North of a point which is 2594 .04 feet West of a
monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Stat ion ."PROS"_ and thence running North 74-°- 03'
18" East 85 .00 -feet to an iron pipe,'' abutting Northwesterly
on remaining land now or formerly of Webel; thence South
190 32 ' 30" East 85 .00 feet to an iron pipe, abutting
Northeasterly on said remaining land now or formerly of
Webel; thence South 73° 56 ' 56 " West 90 .33 feet to an iron
pipe abutting Southeasterly on said remaining land now or
formerly of Webel; thence North 15° 56 ' 42" West 85.00 feet
to the point or place of beginning, abutting Southwesterly on

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated December 26, 1978 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on January 5, 1979
in Liber 8563 Page 134.
