Said parcel being one of nineteen parcels of land heretofore conveyed by James Henry Rambo as Trustee in Bankruptcy of Fishers Island Corporation to one George J. Bender by deed dated November 27 , 1942 and recorded March 15, 1943 in Liber 2277 of Deeds at page 16 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County and thereafter con- veyed by said George J. Bender to one Mary E. Haines by deed dated .May, 6, 1943 and recorded May 24, 1943 in Liber 2288 of Deeds at page 158 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County and thereafter conveyed by said Mary E. Haines to Franklin M. Haines by deed dated February 23, 1956 and recorded March 26 , 1956 in Liber 4088 at page 113 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County and thereafter 'conveyed by said Franklin M. Haines to Rowland A. Robbins by deed dated August 7, 1956 and recorded August 13 , 1956 in Liber 4160 at page 422 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
