side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being 2069.59
feet south of a point which is 7879.20 feet west of another
monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount
2" monument lies south 79 degrees 29 minutes 46 seconds
East from North Dumpling Light) and running thence North
68 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds West, 125.48 feet to another
monument; thence North 86 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds
West, 257. 51 feet to the shore of Fishers Island Sound;
thence, with the meanders of said Sound, North 1 degree
20 minutes 50 seconds East, 121.76 feet, North 10 degrees
19 minutes 20 seconds West, 106.14 feet, North 12 degrees
20 minutes East, 126. 50 feet and North 6 degrees 08 minutes
20 seconds West, 105.0 feet to a stake; these last
