Deed Dated: August 9, 1990 All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINaING at a monument on the southwesterly line of Heathulie Avenue at the dividing line between the herein described parcel and land of Elizabeth F.
