THENCE RUNNING South 21 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East 49.50
feet to a point;
THENCE North 40 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds East and passing
through a monument 137.30 feet to West Harbor;
THENCE Northwesterly running along West Harbor 45 feet to a
point which is distant North 40 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds
East 107.99 feet from the monument at the point of beginning;
THENCE South 40 degrees ,23 minutes 00 seconds West and passing
through a monument 107.00 feet to the monument at the point or
place of BEGINNING.
