on May 22, 1974 in Liber 7642 cp.101.

improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Fishers Island,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more specifical
ly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument on the southeasterly line of Munnatawket
Road said monument being 5303.89 feet north of a point which is 513.48
feet west of the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"PROS" and thence running South 74 degrees 21 minutes East 119.8 feet;
thence North 13 degrees 59 minutes East 62 .70 feet; thence North 72
degrees 00 minutes West 120.10 feet to the southeasterly line of said
road; thence .South 13 degrees 59 minutes West 67 .60 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing 0.19 acres more or less.
The above-described tract is conveyed subject to an existing right of way
for a water line and maintenance of the same which crosses a part of the
above-described premises near the northwesterly corner of the said tract.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part herein by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
