SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of New York, being bounded and described as follows :
;ia BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly line of Fox
Lane, said monument being located 260 . 30 feet south of a point
which is 6885 . 37 feet west of a monument marking the United States
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS" and thence
running South 39° 12 ' 00" East 126 .12 feet to a monument at a
point of curve to the right having a radius of 248 .24 feet and the
direction of whose radius at that point is South 50" 48 ' 00" West;
thence continuing southeastwardly, following the arc of said curve
