RUNNING THENCE South seventy degrees twenty-three minutes and forty

to a monument ;

pipe;

on the Easterly side of said road ; and
THENCE along the Easterly side of said road , North eleven degrees
fifty-five minutes and ten seconds East two hundred and eighty-three
and forty-one hundredths feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Dorothy M.
Russell by deed dated December 31, 1927 and recorded in the Office
