Beginning at a stone monument at the intersection of the
Northeasterly line of Heathulie Avenue and the Southeasterly line
of Equestrian Avenue, said monument being 1894. 24 feet North of a
point which is 2745.76 feet West of another monument marking the
United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"PROS" and thence running along said Southeasterly line of

feet to the said Northeasterly line of Heathulie Avenue; thence
