L. Posey, as husband and wife, by Deed from Hay Harbour Realty, Inc. , dated
April 1, 1949 recorded April 11, 1949 in Liber 2938 of Deeds at Page 177 in
the office of the County Clerk, Suffolk County, New York.
BEING the same premises of which an aggregated fifty percent (508)
undivided interest in and to was conveyed to Ann P. Ferguson and Marshall L.
Posey, Jr. , as tenants in common, by Deed from the party of the first part,
dated December 23, 1985 and recorded January 2, 1986 in Liber 9947 of Deeds
at Page 565 in the office of the County Clerk, Suffolk County, New York, and
by Deed from the party of the first part, dated February 28, 2986 and recorded
April 3, 1986 in Liber 10009 of Deeds at Page 177 in the office of the County
Clerk, Suffolk County, New York.
Upon execution and delivery of this Deed, said Ann P. Ferguson and
Marshall L. Posey, Jr. , as tenants in common, shall own a total of seventy-five
percent (758) undivided interest in the above described premises;
Premises are not subject to a Credit Line Mortgage.
The premises herein are principally improved by a one to six family
dwelling and the party of the second part (grantees) herein is related to the
party of the first part (grantor) by blood.
