COMMENCING at a granite mere stone at the intersection of the
Southwesterly line of Oriental Avenue with the Southeasterly line
of Vulcan Avenue, said point being 2245 .83 feet North and 1923 . 37
feet West of U.S. Coast & Geodetic Triangulation Station "PROS"
/QOn and running thence South 53° 25 ' 00" West sixty-three and 8/10
(63 .8 ) feet, this line abutting Northwesterly on said Vulcan Avenue,
thence the line runs South 370 59 ' 50"• East two hundred three

Southwesterly on remaining land of the Grantor and land to be
sold by said Grantor to Arthur J. Paquette and Sophie A. Paquette,

Northwesterly on other land of the Grantees .
Said above described tract is a triangular—shaped piece of land

BEING the same premises conveyed by Susan L. Lamb as Executor
under the Last Will and Testament of Amy L. Lamb, deceased, to
George H. Lamb, by deed dated January 27, 1983 and recorded in
