FIRST PARCEL: Beginning at a monument at the Northwesterly corner of
an o7Tt s Grantor, said monument being 3329.76 feet North of a point
which is 2413.30 feet 'West of another monument marking the United States
Coast andGeodeticSurvey Triangulation Station "1JI'I11 and thenge running
North 31 181 West 14.61 feet to a monument• thence North 59 031 40"
East 189.88 feet to a monument; thence South �6°1212011 hast 71.25 feet
to a monument at the Northeasterly corner of said Grantor's other land;
thence Southweatwardly along the ere of a curve to the right with a
radius of 710.71 feet a distance of 250.85 feet to the point of
beginning.
Containing 0.15 acres more or less. Toeing the parcel describou in
deed dated August 24, 1964, recorded with Clerk of Suffolk County Liber
56049 Page 147, wherein John P. Pickett is Grantor and Dana J. Leaman
is the Grantee.
Together with a right-of-way over other land of said John P. Pickett
for the construction and maintenance of a water line leading to the
above described tract; said right of way being a direct line to 'dater
main on highway and located approximately twelve (12) feet from Sana J.
Brennan's boundary line, a distance of eighty-five (85)feet from
monument at southeast corner of Dana J. Bremen's property.
SECOND PARCEL: Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of a
proposedroad,road, said point being three thousand five hundred forty and
thirty-nine hundreds(3540.39) feet south of a point which is two
thousand four hundred thirteen and eight hundredths (2413.08)feet west
of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "NIN" and thence running northeasterly along said
road line (on the are of a curve to the left whose radius is seven
hundred ten and seventy-one hundreds 710.71) feet ane the direction of
whose radius at that point is N 14 511 00" W) a distance of two
hundred fifty and eighty-five hundredths (250.85) feet; thence
S 340 041 20" E two hundred sixty-five and sixty-two hundredths(265.62
feet, more or less, to the shore of block Island Sound; thence south-
westerly along said shore line about two hundred sixty (260) feet;thence
N 31 181 00"W three hundred twelve (312) feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning. Being the parcel described in deed dated July 5,1961
recorded with Clerk of Suffolk County, Libor 5024, Page 281, wherein
Albert Chaplaski is Grantor and Dana J. Braman and Constance L. Braman
are Grantees. The said Constance L. Braman having died at Boston,
Mass, on March 17, 1965.
