point of BEGINNING.

adjacent to the Northeast extremity of the above described tract.

6 EXCIPTING from the Above described premises the following, described
premises, being conveyed to the grantee herein by Katharine Solvers
Wilmerding (formerly Katharine Salvage Polk) by Deed dated the 21st
day of July, 1964 and intended to he recorded simultaneously herewith:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of the driveway lad-
ing from Equestrian Avenue through the Estate of Katharine R.
Salvage and from said point running on a course of North 13 de-
grees 53 minutes 00 seconds West 92.65 feet;
THENCE deflecting 18 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds to the right
and running on a course of North 04 degrees 17 minutes 00 sec-
onds East 74.50 feet;
THENCE deflecting 20 degrees C8 minutes 00 seconds to the right
and running 143.45 feet;
THENCE deflecting 45 degrees 55 minute" 00 seconds to the left
and running 65.90 feet, the last four lines bounding Westerly
along the said driveway and other lands of Katharine. R. Salvage;
THENCE deflecting 76 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds to the right
and running about 203.75 feet to the shore of Little Hay Harbor
abutting Northwesterly on other lands of Katharine R. Salvage;
THENCE in a general Southerly direction along the shore of
Little Hay Harbor about 387.00 feet;
THENCE on a course of South 70 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds
West about 374.00 feet to the point of BEGINNING, abutting
Southerly on other lands of Katharine R. Salvage, this last
line being 1.50 abet Southerly of and parallel to the hot-bed
standing on the herein described tract, containing 2.36 acres.
For purposes of identification, the starting point in the above
description is located on a course of South 13 degree" 42 min-
utes 00 seconds East and is 303.80 feet distant from the stone
bound located at the dividing line between land of the United
States Government Military Reservation and other lands of
Katharine R. Salvage.
TOGETHER WITH an easement and right of way thirty-five (35) feet in
width over premises conveyed by Katharine R. Salvage to Lila W. Wil-
merding, extending from the Northwesterly terminus of Equestrian Ave.
nut to the Southeasterly boundary line of the above described prem-
ises, the center line of which is specifically described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the Northwesterly-terminusof
Equestrian Avenue, which point is situate North 1041,23 feet of a
point which is 4644.68 feet West of another monument marking the United
States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS", and from
said point of beginning, the center line of as id thirty-five (35) foot
easement and right of way runs the following four (4) courses and dis-
tances:
(1) North 30 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds West 289.80 feet;
2 North 6 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds West 118.33 feet;
(3 North 75 degrees 05 minutes 00 eeponds West 131.18 feet; and
(4 Rorth 73 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West 141.72 feet to
the Southeasterly line or side of the above described
premises.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, waters,
water-courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appur-
temnoer .whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and
the reversions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and
all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand what-
soever of the Sellers in law, equity or otherwise, howsoever, in and to
the same and every part thereof.
The above described premises and the premises set forth in the Deed of
Katharine Salvage Wilmerding (formerly Katharine Salvage Polk), dated
the 21st day of July, 19640 intended to be recorded simultaneously here-
with, being and intended to be a conveyance of the same premisea and all
rights, privileges and apportenanoee thereto formerly conveyed by Ruth
K. Linderman to Samuel A. Salvage by Deed dated March 8, 1922, recorded
