PARCEL ONE. Beginning at a merestone set in the southerly
line of Montauk Avenue at the point of intersection of the
boundary line between lands of the grantor and lands now or
formerly of CHARLES E. and MARGARET 19.-DAVIS and running thence
northwesterly along the southerly line or side of Montauk Avenue,
on a course about North 70 degrees 44 minutes West, 75 feet to
the easterly line or side of a 20-foot private right-of-way;
running thence southerly, along the easterly line or side of a
20-foot private right-of-way on a course about South 16 degrees
9 minutes West, 80 feet to the Northwesterly corner of Parcel Two-

running thence southeasterly along the northerly line or side of

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to MATILOA E.
WALSH by two deeds, the first of which was made by Louise MacLeod
Henderson and dated the 11th day of August, 1939 and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2057 of deeds at page 152 on
the 15th day of August, 1939 and the second of which was conveyed
by Louis@ MacLeod Henderson to Arthur J. Walsh and Matilda E. Walsh
by deed dated the 8th day of June, 1941 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clerkfs Office in Liber 2173 of deeds at page 511 on the 11th
