Roberta and Nellie A. Roberts, both of Hartford, Connecticut, to David Torrance, of Derby, Connecticut, said deed being Hated October 9, 1885, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Book 291, of Deeds, ,., Page 411. SECOND PIECE' A certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being on Fishers Island, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of property of Haman B. Porter, conveyed by deed dated August 2, 1919, eleven and eight-tenths -U (11.8) feet north from a large boulder on the westerly side of w Sterling Street. From this point the line extends southerly eleven and eight-tenths (11.8) feet to the large boulder at an angle in Sterling Street; thence the line deflects to the right 200 0' and extends a distance of twenty feet (20.0) along Sterling street to a mere stone; then the line deflects to the right 97" 33' and extends a distance of seventy-five (75.0) feet to a mere atone; then the line deflects to the right 740 30' and extends a distance of thirty-one and five-tenths (31.5) feet to a mere atone; then the line deflects to the right 104° 371 and extends a distance of seventy-five (75.0) feet along LIBER5823 F'ALE323 .the adVAherly line of Homan B. Porter to the point of beginning. Saidtract contains eight and three-tenths (8.3) square rode more oa fleas. Being the same premises conveyed to the Releasor herein by Walter S. Torrance, by deed dated November 30, 1938, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2164 of Deeds, Page 238, on the 26th day of May, 1941.
