TOGETHER with an easement, if any, in common with others for sanitary sewer, cesspool and drainage field over the premises to the south and the right to enter upon said premises for the purpose of main- taining, repairing and replacing such sanitary sewer, cesspool and drainage field. The party of the first part is the same person as the Grantee in the deed between May Harbor Realty, Inc., and Ira E. flicks, conveying the premises described herein, dated May 16, 1949, and recorded May 20, 1949, in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, in Liber 2951 op. 129.
