being a part of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to Fishers
Island Corporation (which portion is hereinafter called the "Park")
lying easterly of the following line, viz.:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land awned by the United Stateg
known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect
Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and
running thence northerly following the east boundary of the said land
of the United States to the southerly line of East End Road (some-
times called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeaster-
ly corner of land of the United States, thence crossing the East
End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore
of west Harbor or Fishers Island Sound,
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone,monument set on the south side of a road
forty feet wide, said monument being fifteen hundred seventy-
seven and eighty-eight one-hundredths (1577.88) feet south of a
point which is twelve hundred forty-six and ninety-five one-hundredths
(1246.95) feet west of another monument marking the U. S. Coast
and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Nin" (which said "Min"
monument is located near the Western end of a ridge overlooking
the south shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between

to the right whose radius is one hundred twelve and sixty-seven
one-hundredths (112.67) feet and the direction of whose radius
at that point is South six degrees four minutes forty seconds
East (S. 6° 4' 40" E.); thence eastwardly (following the .arc of
said curve) ninety-four and twelve one-hundredths (94.12) feet to
a stake; thence South forty-eight degrees thirteen minutes East
(S. 48" 13' E.) eighty-seven and sixty-nine one-hundredths (87.69)
feet to a stake, thence South thirty-one degrees fourteen minutes
twenty seconds west (S. 31. 14" 20" W.), seventy-four and sixty-
four one-hundredths (74.64) feet to a stake; thence South thirty-
eight degrees twenty-eight minutes thirty seconds West (S. 38" 28-
30" W.), one hundred thirtyelght and eighty-five one-hundredths
(138.85) feet to a stake, thence North sixty-seven degrees ten
minutes forty seconds West (N. 67" 10' 40" W.), one hundred
seventy-one and eighty-eight one-hundredths (171.88) feet to a
stake, and thence North four degrees forty-two minutes ten seconds
East (N. 4" 42' 10" E.) one hundred eighty and fif ty-five one-
hundredths (180.55) feet to the place of heginning.
PARCEL II
ALL those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land known as Lots
Noe. 2, 4 and 5, Block 42, of the map of that section of Fishers
Island called "The Park", situate, lying and being on Fishers
Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
hereinafter more specifically described, said parcels being locae-
ed within that portion of Fishers Island called "The Park" and
lying easterly of the following line viz:

twenty-nine and sixty-four hundredths feet wide, said monument be-
ing seventeen hundred and fifty-one and fifteen hundredths feet
South of a point which is twelve hundred and ninety and ninety-four
hundredths feet west of another monument marking the U. S. Coast
and Geodetic Survey Triangulation statkm "Nin" (which said "Nin"
monument is. located near the westerly end of a ridge overlooking
the South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between
Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies south forty-five degrees,
seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling
Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence South seventy-
seven degrees, seven minutes and forty seconds East twenty-nine
and ninety-four hundredths feet to a stake set on the easterly
side of said road; thence South sixty-seven degrees, ten minutes
and forty seconds East one hundred and seventy-one and eighty-
eight hundredths feet to a stake; thence South twenty-seven de-
grees, ten minutes and fifty seconds West one hundred and twenty-one
and seventy-four hundredths feet to a stake; thence South

(40) feet wide, said monument being nineteen hundred and fifty-two
and ninety-three hundredths feet South of a point which is fifteen
hundred and fifty-six and twelve hundredths feet West of another monu-
ment marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"NIN" (which said "NIN" monument is located near the western and of a
ridge overlooking the south shore of Fishers Island and on the highest
point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South forty-five
degrees seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling
Light in Fishers Island sound); and running thence northwardly, along

hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is

south sixty-five degrees six minutes and twenty Seconds East one hundred
and sixty-two and forty hundredths feet to a stake; thence South thirteen
