BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a correction deed correcting the description in the deed from Fishers Island Farms Inc, to Helen K. Stueber dated August 23, 1949 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2986 of deeds at page 591 on the 30th day of August, 1949. The course of the westerly line was erroneouslv set forth North 1 degree 7 minutes East rather than the correct course of North 2 degrees 27 minutes 45 seconds East.
