a stone monument;
Thence, South 33 degrees 14 mimates 10 seconds West Ill.54 feet; these last
two lines abutting Southerly and Southeasterly on Madeline Road;
Thence North 21 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds West 159.65 feet;
Thence, North 10 degrees 19 minutes 10 seconds West 387,37 feet to a stone
monument at the Southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Henry M. Walsh,
these last two lines abutting Southwesterly on remaining land of the Grantor;
Thence, North 86 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East 242.6 feet abutting
Northerly on land of said Walsh;
Thence, South 2 degrees 21 minates 00 seconds West 447.92 feet to Madeline
Road at the point of beginning, abutting Easterly on remaining land of the Grantor.
