Avenue at the northeasterly corner of lot convoyed whore it adjoins
land of Fishers Island Farms, Inc.;

The parties of the first part are the daughters, sole distributoos
and heirs at law of Margaret E. Davis, who died intestate, s resident
of Bridgeport, Fairfield County, Connocticut, on Soptombar 12, 1962.
Charles E. Davie, father of the partlos of the first part and husband
of Margaret d. Davis, died intestate, a resident of Fish3rs Island,
Suffolk County, New York, on July 18, 19$7•
