PARCEL A:
TiLL= LOT OR PARCEL of land, with the buildings thereon, in the
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part
of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to the grantor (which portion
is hereinafter called the "Park") lying easterly of the following line,
viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United
States, known as the Fort H.G.Wright Military Reservation, Mount
Prospect Treat, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean; and running
thence northerly following the east boundary of the said land of the
United States to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called
Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of land
of the United States;
I' thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the
last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; said lot or
parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the southerly side of a road
thirty-five and thirty-eight hundreths feet wide; (35.38) said
monument being 1165.22 feet south of a point which is 1712.24 feet
west of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
triangulation Station "East End 2" (which said East Enu 2 monument
is located on the summit on the highest hill East of Rest Harbor on
Fishers Island, N.Y, and lies south 54 minutes west of Latimer Beef
Light in Fishers Island Sound; running

to a stake;

(which portion is hereinafter called the Perk ) lying easterly
of the following line, viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the
United States, known as the Fort H.G. Wright Military Reservation,
Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the
Atlantic Ocean and running
thence northerly following the east boundary of the said land
of the United States to the southerly line of Eest End Road
(sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the north-
easterly corner of lend of the United States;
thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course
as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 1313.56 feet south of another
point which is 1481,49 feet west of n monument markin§ the
U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station East End 2"
(which said East End 2 monument is located on the summit of the
highest hill East of East Harbor on Fishers Island, N.Y. and
lies south 54 minutes west of Latimer Reef Light in Fishers Island
Sound); running
thence south 57 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds east 61,40 feet
to a stake;
thence south 23 degrees 2 minutes 15 seconds east 37.90 feet to

BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United
States known as the Fort H.G,Wright Military Heservntion, Mount
Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean and running
thence northerly following the east boundary of the said lend of the
United States to the southerly line of East End Head (sometimes
called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner
of the lend of the United States;

to a stake;
thence north 57 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds west 212.92 feet
to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING the some premises conveyed to George Emlen Roosevelt
and Mildred C. Roosevelt, his wife, by Indenture dated the 19th
day of April, 1957 end recorded in Libor 4290 of Deeds, page 50
on April 22, 1957.
TOGETHER with all easements, rights of way and rights,
privileges end appurtenances whatsoever, to which the Grantor
hes the right to convey, transfer or assign, granted by
Fishers Island Corporation byy and under deeds made by it dated
respectively, August 29, 192tl. August 1, 1929 and March 26, 1931
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk,
respectively on September 13, 1926 in Liber 1374 of Deeds, page
504, August 30, 1929 in Liber 1454 of Deeds, page 99 and July
9, 1931 in Liber 1589 of Deeds, page 88.
