WHEREAS, an Order dated March 12, 1965 by the
Honorable Dudley B. Bonsal, Judge of the United States District
Court for the Southern District of New York, in United States
of America v. Leon I. Ross, Ross and Company, Limited, Central
Trading, Inc. (61 Civ. 2308), a certified copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit A, Ordered the party of the first
part to convey to the party of the second part title to the
real property described in a quitclaim deed dated April 9, 19+8
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in
Liber. 2815 at Page 130, whereby the United States of America
remised, released, and quitclaimed such real property to Leon

EEGINNING at a concrete monument set at an angle of Crescent Avenue,
which monument is Oct North 6589.09 feet and Fest 33507.78 feet of the Ti.S.
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station"PROS'and running thcace
from said point of beginning South 14 degrees 18 rninntes 00 seconds west,
along the westerly line or aide of Crescent Avenue, 648.45 feet;
