road leading Southerly and Southwesterly from Oriental Avenue, said

from a stone monument located at the Northeasterly corner of land
of Janaen Noyes, Jr.- said monument being located 3959.76 feet South
of a point which is 3360.06 feet West of another monument marking
the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station

shore line of Block Island Sound; thence along said shore line South

point of beginning.

Together with a right of way over the existing private roadway
extending Northeasterly and Northerly from the herein conveyed
premises to Oriental Avenue,
Being a portion of the premises conveyed by the United States
of America acting by and through the Administrator of General Services
to this Grantor by quit-claim deed dated April 26, 1950.
