WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or

a point; and thence running south 68' 52' 50" east 119.95
feet to a point; and thence running south 86" 31' 20" east
89.72 feet to a point; and thence running south 28' 39' 30"
east 51.77 feet to a point; and thence running south 60'
581 20" west 161.66 feet to a point on the northeasterly side
of a private road; and thence running along the northeasterly
side of said private road north 51" 58' 55 west 146.00 feet
to the point or place of beginning.
