Together with the right to use in common with Seller
and others Winthrop Drive, 50 feet in widths Equestrian Avenue
and other private roads of Saller for ingress to and egress from
the Premises until such time as such private roads are dedicated
to public road and highway purposes and accepted by a Town or
Village for such purposes.
Containing 1.10 acres, more or less, and being the same
premises described on a survey, dated September 1964, made by
Chandler & Palmer, a copy of which survey is attached hereto and
marked Schedule A.
