THENCE running along said street line South 67 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds
West 50.00 feet;
THENCE South 04 degrees Ol minute 20 seconds East 310.65 feet;
THENCE North 68 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 142.0 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 68 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 113.0 feet to the shore of
West Harbor;
THENCE following the meanders of said shore line Northwesterly about 113 feet;
THENCE South B5 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds West 63.0 feet to a boulder;
THENCE North 34 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West 172. 10 feet to said monument
at the point of BEGINNING. Containing 1.00 acres more or less.
SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions;
1. The above described premises and any buildings erected or to be erected
thereon shall be used for residential purposes only, and shall not be used for any
