fically bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the northeasterly corner of the herein
described lot, said point being 4339.77 feet north of a point which
is 1730.68 feet west of a monument marking the United States Coast
& Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station Pros"; and
thence running along the southeasterly line of a right of way south
71 degrees 58 minutes west 104,9 feet;
thence south 12 degrees 02 minutes east 104.5 feet;
thence north 71 degrees 58 minutes east 104.9 feet;
thence north 12 degrees 02 minutes west 104.5 feet to the point
of beginning.
These last three lines abutting southwesterly, southeasterly and
northeasterly on remaining land now or formerly of Fishers Island
Farms Inc.
TOGETHER with a right of way 30 feet in width extending north-
easterly from the northeasterly line of Mansion House Drive, the
center line of said right of way being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of said Mansion
House Drive, said point being 4211.62 feet north of a point which
is 1985.69 feet west of said "PROS" monument and
thence running north 50 degrees 36 minutes 40 seconds east 189.0
feet.
