Ferguson, said monument being located 6612.15 feet north of a point which is 2917.79 feet west of another monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS"; 1 % running thence along said Avenue line South 50 44' West 410.39 feet to an iron; running thence North 52p 44' East 308.00 feet to an iron; n u running thence North 20p 30' East, 132.9 feet to the shore of Fishers y Island Sound, these last two lines abutting southeasterly on remain- ing land of West End Land, Company, Inc.; thence following the meande s of said shore Line North 36' 10' West, 216.0 feet and North 19° 22' West, 111.94 feet to a plug in a rock; and thence South 25° 01' 10" West, 201.86 feet to the point of beginning, this last line abutting northwesterly on said Ferguson land, containing 2.00 acres, more or less. BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed in deed recorded August 7, 1958 in Liber 4496 at page 527 in the Suffolk County Clerk's office. In PARCEL II: BEGINNING at a stone monument at an angle in Crescent Avenue, said monument being 5989.37 feet North of a point which is 2929.87 feet West of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and �j Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS", and running thence along the easterly line of said Avenue, North 16° 43' West, 131.40 feet to another monument; running thence still along said Avenue line North 5° 44' East, 89.04 feet to an iron and other lands of E. Philip Snyder, Jr.; running thence North 52° 44' East, along lands of E. Philip Snyder, Jr., 308.00 feet to an iron; running thence North 20° 10' East, still along lands of E. Philip Snyder, Jr., 132.9 feet to the shore of Fishers Island Sound; running thence, following the meanders of said shore line South 47° 26' East, 100.33 feet and South 68° 20' 20" East, 165.0 feet to lands of Whitney Bourne Choate; running thence South 5° 09' 40" West, along said lands of Whitney Bourne Choate and passing through an iron 299.48 feet to an iron at the northerly line of said Avenue; running thence along said Avenue line South 71° 40' 30" West, along the northerly line or side of Crescent Avenue, 205.28 feet to another monument; running thence along said Avenue line South 81° 37' 50" West, 274.39 feet to the monument set at the point or place of beginning, containing 4.00 acres, more or less. 0 BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by deed recorded July 27, 1959 in Liber 4665 at page 45 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
