MILLIEEM, residing at Elrkwood Lane (no street r number) Camden, South Csrollna, hereinafter called the grantee, party of the second part; WrnUWSETH: That the party of the first part, in consideration of One Hundred ($100) Dollars, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever, ALL those certain lots or parcels of land in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part of that portion of Fishers Island belong- ing to the grantor (which portion is hereinafter cal- led the "Park") lying easterly of the following line, viz.. BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly Owned by the United States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the At- lantic Ocean (as said Tract was constituted prior to the extension thereof by the acquisition of additional lands in condemnation proceedings instituted in 1942) and running thence northerly following the East boundary of the said tract of land now or formerly of the United States fas same was constituted prior to such extension thereof to the southerly line of Feet End Road (some- times called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of said tract of land now or for- merly of the United States (as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof), thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; Said lots or parcels of land being bounded and described as follows: PARCEL A BEGINNING at a point at the southeasterly corner of a 2.079 acre parcel of land of the Grantee, which point 1s one hundred sixteen and twenty-two hundredths feet North of a point which is three thousand twelve and twenty hundredths feet East of a monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Sta- tion "CHOC(.MOUPT 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monu- ment is located on the highest hill on Fishers Island, N. Y., about two and one-quarter miles West of the Eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees 29 minutes 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound)• and running thence along the Southerly line of Said 2.079 were parcel the follow- ing three courses: (1) South 63 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West one hundred thirteen and eighteen hun- dredths feet; (2) South 80 degrees 49 minutes 10 sec- onds West one hundred fifty-eight and thirty-four hun- dredths feet; and (3) North 74 degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds West one hundred fifty-two and fifty hundredths J i r u�_F 53g �r;�2g1 2 feet to a point, which is eighty-one and four hundredths feet North of a point which is two thousand six hundred and six and ninety-five hundredths feet East of said "Chocomount 2" monument; thence South 1 degree 20 minute 20 seconds West ninety-nine and eighty hundredths feet t a point which is eighteen and seventy-three hundredths feet South of a point which is two thousand six hundred and four and sixty-two hundredths feet East of said monument "Chocomount 2"; thence South 71 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds East sixty-three and seventy-two hun- dredths feet; thence North 86 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds East one hundred eighteen and thirty-three hun- dredths feet; thence South 87 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds Fast ninety-nine and sixty-six hundredths feet; thence North 9 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds West forty and eighty-four hundredths feet; thence North 48 de- grees 54 minutes 30 seconds East eighty-six and thirty- one hundredths feet; and thence North 51 degrees 52 minutes 50 seconds East ninety and seventy-two hundredth feet to the point or place of beginning; containing 0.70 of an acre, more or less. PARCEL B BEGINNING at the most southerly point of a 5.33 acre parcel of land of the Grm tee, which point is eighty-one and four hundredths feet North of a point which is two thousand six hundred and six and ninety- five hundredths feet East of a monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "CHOCONOUNT 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the highest hill on Fishers Island, N.Y. about two and one-quarter miles West of the Eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees 29 minutes 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence South 1 degree 20 minutes 20 seconds West ninety-nine and eighty hundredths feet to a point which is eighteen and seventy-three hundredths feet South of a point which is two thousand six hundred and four and e ixty-two hundredths feet East of said "Chocomount 2" monument; thence North 79 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West fifty-five and fifty-four hundredths feet; thence North 64 degrees 32 minutes 50 seconds West seventy-four and four hundredths feet; thence North 36 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds West one hundred forty-eight and twenty hundredths feet; thence North 54 degrees 09 minutes 20 seconds West eighty-nine and twenty-seven hundredths feet to an iron pin, which is one hundred ninety-four and fifty-two hundredths feet North of a point which is two thousand three hundred twenty-two and twenty-five hundredths feet East of said chocomount 2" monument; thence North 61 degrees 14 minutes Fast seventy-nine and eighty hundredths feet to an iron pin set on the southwesterly boundary line of said 5.33 acre parcel; thence along the south- westerly boundary line of said 5,33 acre parcel, the following two courses: (1) South 40 degrees 28 minutes 40 seconds East one hundred fifty-five and ten hun- dredths feet; and (2) South 73 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds East one hundred nineteen and no hundredths feet to the point or place of be- ginning; containing 0.55 of an acre, more or less.
