16 minutes 00 seconds West 186.29 feet to an iron; thence South 24 degrees 35
minutes 20 seconds East 80.88 feet; thence South 73 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds
West 252.90 feet to a monument; thence North 03 degrees 10 minutes 20 seconds
