bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at the nmthwesterly corner of
said parcel at a point forced by the intersection of the easterly line of land of
A. Ring, f�raerly of one Gen. Cameron, and the southerly line or side of Fox Avenue,
and running thense southeasterly by and along the southerly line or side of Fox
Avenue 130 feet, more or less, to the westerly line or side of a private road,
thence southwesterly by and along the westerly line or side of said private mad
85 feet, more or lase, to the northerly line of land of one Figall, formerly of John
V. Reynolds; thence northwesterly by and along the northerly line of land of said
Figall 120 feet, more or less, to a mere stone set an the easterly line of the atone
said land of King; thence northeasten*y by and along the easterly lire of said land
of King 96 feet, sere or lees to the southerly line or side of Fax Avenue to the
point or place of beginning.
