Together with the right to use in common with Seller and
others two strips of land for ingress and egress located, respec-
tively, between the curb line on the Northwesterly side of
Whistler Avenue and the Southeasterly line of the Premises and
between the edge of the pavement on the Southwesterly line of
Trumbull Drive and the Northeasterly line of the Premises until
such time said strips are dedicated for public purposes and
accepted by the Town for such purposes.
Containing 0.35 acres, more or less, and being the same
premises described on a survey, dated October 1964, made by Chandler
