THIS INDENTURS, Made this 20th day of June, 1961,
between AIHERT CHAPIASKI, of the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, Fishers Island, New York, party of the first part, and
Rev. WILLIAM P. LOFTUS, of said Town, County and State, party
of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part 1n con-
. sideration of One Dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United
States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant
�- and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and
A aasigns forever, ell that certain tract or parcel of land with
the buildings standing thereon located at Fishers Island, Town
Of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being bounded
and described as follows:

road 3ai point being 3540.39 feet South of a point which
is 2413.08 feet West of a monument marking the United States
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" and
thence running Westwardly along said road line (on the are

Containing 1.34 acres, more or less.
Being a portion of the premises conveyed to Albert Chaplaski
by Kane-McGuire Company by Deed dated January 26, 1960 and
recorded in the Land Records of Suffolk County, New York,
No. 1229283, in Liber 4764, page 449.
Together with a right of way over the existing roadway
extending Northerly from the above described tract to the
main road leading to the East End.
