Box 6815, Towson 4, Maryland; ANNE KINSOLVING BROWN, of 357 Benefit Street, Providence 3, Rhode Island; HERBERT LEIGH KINSOLVING, of R.F.D. 2, Annapolis, Maryland; SALLY KINSOLVING GUNDERSHEIMER, of 116 West University Parkway, Baltimore 10, Maryland; LUCINDA KINSOLVING LEIGH, of 3023 P Street, N.W., Washington 7, D. NOW THEREFORE, this Deed witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars ($5.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknow- ledged the said Grantors do hereby grant and convey unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple, all those two lots of ground situate on Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold v ,. County of Suffolk and State of New York, the same being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stone monument at the Junction of the Southeasterly line of Equestrian Avenue with the South- westerly line of Midlothian Avenue, said monument being located 2083.70 feet Northerly and 2524.00 feet Westerly from the U. S. The second thereof being a certain lot, piece, or parcel of land directlyah upon which the barn standsfollows: at B = described the Junction of Heathulie and Halycon Avenues together with land directly in front of said barn to a point at the Junction of the above avenues, being the same land conveyed to Grace Seccomb Wallace as heir to Edward A. Seccomb, her father, from the Fox estate. And in addition th the land above described in this para Bra h, a strip at both sides of said barn and twenty (20� feet in the rear running in a line to the Junction of Heathulie and Halycon Avenues, excepting therefrom a small strip measuring seventeen by eleven feet, more or less, from a privet hedge and including the land on which was laid the water connection and pipe running to and supplying the house of Grace Seccomb Wallace in the year 1936. This was situated at the upper southwest corner of land and did not interfere with the entrance to the barn. BEING all and the same parcel which by Deed dated November 23, 1936 and recorded among the Land Records of Suffolk County on December 17, 1952, in Liber 3451 at folio 381 was granted and conveyed by Grace Seccomb Wallace unto Arthur B.
