HOLLAND WILMER, II%o£ 900 First National Bank P Y Building, Baltimore 2, Maryland, Grantor; and ANNE KINSOLVING BROWN, of Harbour Court, Newport, Rhode Island, Grantee as to y one-half undivided interest; and ARTHUR LEE KINSOLVING and ° MARY BLAGDEN KINSOLVING, his wife, of 4 East 72nd Street, New I V York 21, New York, Grantees as to one-half undivided interest. WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of Five i Dollars ($5.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the 10 Y- t-01 receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the said Grantor doth convey a one-half undivided interest in fee simple in the proper- ty hereinafter described unto ANNE KINSOLVING BROWN, her heirs, w 0 personal representatives and assigns; and a one-half undivided interest in fee simple in the property hereinafter described I, unto ARTHUR LEE KINSOLVING and MARY BLAGDEN KINSOLVING, his wife, (said one-half interest to be held by the said ARTHUR LEE KINSOLVING and MARY BLAGDEN KINSOLVING, his wife,as tenants by the entireties), SII and unto the survivor of them and his or her heirs, personal 'I representatives and assigns; the said property being situate in i' the Township of Southold, County of Suffolk in the State of New York, and described as follows, that is to say:- BEGINNING at a stone monument at the Junction of the Southeasterly line of Equestrian Avenue with the South- westerly line of Midlothian Avenue, said monument being located 2083.70 feet Northerly and 2524.00 feet Westerly from the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Triangulation Station PROS" and running South 560 10' 40" East one hundred, fifty-eight and 93/100 5158.93) feet to a stone monument; thence North 870 36' 00' East fifty-seven and 4/100 (57.4) feet to another stone monument, the last two lines abutting Northeasterly and Northerly on Midlothian Avenue; thence running South 250 5' 20" West two hundred, fifty-three and 17/100 (253.17) feet to another stone bound on the North- easterly side of Halycon Avenue; thence North 700 16' 20" West one hundred, forty-seven and 00/100 (147.00) feet to another stone bound abutting Southwesterly on Halycon Avenue; thence North 80 55' 10" West one hundred, seventy- four and 68/100 (174.68) feet abutting Westerly on land now or formerly property of Mary McGoldrick; thence running North 5S0 9' 35" East ten and 41/100 (10.41) feet to another stone bound; thence North 400 38' 40" East one hundred, fourteen and 96/100 (114.96) feet to the point of beginning, the last two lines abutting Northwesterly on Equestrian Avenue. Said tract contains about 1.1'I acres. }:383 F 599 The second thereof being a certain lot, piece, or parcel of land with a barn thereon, described as follows: Barn, and land directly upon which the barn stands at the Junction of Heathulie and Halycon Avenues together with land directly in front of said barn to a point at the function of the above avenues, being the same land conveyed to Grace Seccomb Wallace as heir to Edward A. Seccomb, her father, from the Pox estate. And in addition to the land above described in this paragraph, a strip at both sides of said barn and twenty (20) feet in the rear running in a line to the ,Junctionct Heathulie and Halycon Avenues, excepting therefrom a small strip measuring seventeen by eleven feet, more or less, from a privet hedge and including the land on which was laid the water connection and pipe running to and supplying the house of Grace Seccomb Wallace in the year 1936. This was situated at the upper southwest corner of land and did not interfere with the entrance to the barn.
