■ THIS INDENTURE,node the 2nd day of May ,nineteen hundred and sixty-four
1 BETWEEN ALBERT D. DAWSON and DOROTHY M. DAWSON, his wife, both
residing at Adams Road, Village of Ossining, County of West-
chester and State of New York (no street number)
party of the first part,and J. B. HARTSFIELD and AUDREY HARTSFIELD,
his wife, residing at (no street number) , Fishers
Island, Town of Southhold, County of Suffolk and State of New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvanents thereon erected, situate,
lying and being W-4k on Fishers Island in the Town of Southhold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
Beginning at a mere stone on the southwest corner of said
tract and from this point the line extends northerly eighty-six (86)
feet along the property now or formerly of J.O. Tilford to an iron
pike, thence the line deflects to the right eighty-one degrees five
minutes (810 051) and extending a distance of one hundred twenty (120)
feet along the property now or formerly of Herbert Congdon to a right
of way, thence the line deflects to the right ninety-eight (98) de-
grees forty-two (42) minutes and extends along said right of way
eightyy-six (86) feet, thence the line deflects to the right eighty-
one (81) degrees eighteen (18) minutes and extends one hundred twenty
t (120) feet along the property now or formerly of J.C. Newton to a
[I mere atone which is the point or place of beginning, containing
thirty-eight (38) square rods more or less.
Together with a right of ingress to and egress from said
premises for pedestrians and vehicles over a right of way twenty-
two (22) feet wide from the above described property to Fox Avenue.
Together with the right to use the well located east of
the easterly corer of said property for family
and domestic uses
