and any other interest whatsoever which he may now hold in
ALL those certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon, situate, lying, and being on Fishers Island,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being a part
of that portion of Fishers Island formerly owned by Fishers Island
Corporation (which portion is hereinafter called The Park") lying
easterly of the following line, viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United States,
known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect
Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and
running thence northerly following the East boundary of the said land
of the United States to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes
called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of
land of the United States, thence creasing the East End Road and follow-
ing the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fiehera
Island Sound;

at that point is South twenty degrees and fifty-three minutes East;
and thence Eastwardly still along the Southerly side of said road
(and following the arc of said curve) one hundred and eleven and
twenty-nine hundredths feet to the place of beginning; containing
two and sixty-four hundredths acres, more or less.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties of the
first part, if any; of, in, and to the lands lying between the
mean high water mark and the above described premises, and between
the mean high water mark and the mean low water mark of Fishers
Island Sound, in front of and adjoining parcel No. 2, and Block
Island Sound in front of and adjoining parcels No. 1, 3 and 4,
and to the lands lying under the waters of Fishers Island Sound
and Block Island Sound in front of and adjoining the above men-
tioned lots respectively;
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
said testatrix by Theodor J. Miller by deed dated the 14th day of
April, 1949, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2939
of Deeds, at. page 566 and by William Shirley Fulton and Rose H.
Fulton by deed dated the 12th day of September, 1951, recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3274 of Deeds at page 477;
TOGETHER with the right, title and interest, if any, of, in and
to any land lying in the bed of any street, road or avenue, opened
cr proposed, abutting the said described premises to the center
line thereof.
